On Monday I was pleased to join TV’s Lorraine and Dr Hillary Jones to support the Change + Check breast cancer campaign. Now in its fifth year, the campaign was founded by Lorraine Producer and breast cancer survivor Helen Addis and focuses on raising awareness of the signs and symptoms, with advice on how to check and what changes to look out for.

One in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime but more than 50% of women say they don’t know the early signs of the disease. This important campaign is helping to give women – and men – the information needed to spot the signs of possible breast cancer and how to get medical help.
