As we see local children returning to school I would like to wish them the best of luck for the continuation of their education.
It is important to highlight the work that teachers and supporting staff have done over the last 18 months across the Garston and Halewood area. Their dedication and resilience throughout the pandemic have not gone unnoticed. I would like to say a big thank you for all they have done both in and out of term time, supporting local children’s wellbeing by providing essential care, food and extra-curricular activities in these educational environments.
As we slowly return to normality, I hope that children will have the chance to re-gain the full potential of their school experience and return to learning with their friends and fellow students beside them.
