The COVID-19 crisis has seen an increase in people who’ve needed to access the benefits system.
Even before Coronavirus, the system wasn’t working well for a lot of people with unfair sanctions and delayed payments leaving a lot of people without payment through no fault of their own. I’m interested to hear from my Constituents about how the system is working for you, if you’ve needed to apply for benefits because of Coronavirus, or if you already received benefits but your payments have been affected by the virus.
